Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using the service) and Crispio LLC ("Crispio," "we," "us"), a Maryland limited liability company. By requesting a sample, subscribing or paying for any Crispio service, you agree to them.
1. The service
The Crispio Opportunity Engine finds federal contract opportunities that match your NAICS codes and profile, scores each one for fit, and emails you a digest. Other services include solicitation breakdowns, compliance matrices, bid/no-bid memos, response drafts, automation and training, as described on crispio.ai or in a written quote.
2. Free samples
A sample is a one-time, no-cost digest covering about one week of opportunities. It creates no obligation to buy.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, at the prices shown on crispio.ai or in your quote.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from the client billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep the service until then.
- Fees already paid aren't refunded for partial periods, except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice before your next renewal.
- Applicable taxes may be added.
4. What scores and recommendations are
Scores, verdicts (Bid, Team up, Watch, Pass) and other analysis are AI-assisted and are provided for information only. They are a starting point for your own review, not legal, contracting or financial advice. You're responsible for your bid decisions, for confirming your eligibility, and for reading each solicitation in full. Crispio never submits anything to a government agency on your behalf.
5. Data sources
Opportunity data comes from public federal sources such as SAM.gov. We don't control those sources and can't guarantee they are complete, accurate or always available. If a source is down, a digest may be late, smaller or skipped.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your company, and tell us when it changes.
- Use the service for your own business. Don't resell or redistribute digests unless you're on a Partner plan.
- Don't misuse the service or try to access systems you're not authorized to use.
7. Ownership
You own your company information and the work you create. Crispio owns the engine, its software and methods. Digests and deliverables we send you are yours to use within your business.
8. No guarantee
We work hard to find relevant opportunities, but we don't guarantee that you'll win any contract or that every relevant opportunity will be found. The service is provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Crispio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost contracts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending the service
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service if fees go unpaid or these terms are broken, and we may discontinue a service with 30 days' notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email active clients about significant changes before they take effect.
